Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Ensure stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
