Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dishwasher Pit Monkey to join our team at Lariat Lodge Brewing. As a Dishwasher Pit Monkey, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and ensuring a smooth operation for the culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
