Fitness Studio Experience Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional fitness experience by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage while creating an inclusive and on-trend atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance and drive results to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and cleanliness standards are met.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to instructors and coaches.
• Create a vibrant and connected community through high-energy classes that motivate and uplift members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fitness instruction or management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire and develop team members.
• Passion for health and fitness with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
