Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate personalized fitness programming for each client.
• Engage with members in a friendly and inclusive manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
• Support the growth and development of team members.
• Attract new clients through forming personal relationships.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets.
