Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient store environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and ensure merchandise displays are stocked and presented neatly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Operate a cash register efficiently, provide prompt customer service, and address any issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team environment.
