Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and contribute feedback on product quality and issues.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to ensure store security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
