We are looking for a motivated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Providing outstanding customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Participating in inventory counts and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
