Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, minimize cash losses, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
