Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
- Ability to use store equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience in retail operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
