Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to deliver a memorable shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and teamwork by following company guidelines and providing assistance to shoppers.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory, product issues, and operational concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team setting.
