Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
- Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is beneficial.
