Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Perform cleaning duties to company standards
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
