Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will contribute to maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with the store management team
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Experience in general cleaning and equipment operation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
