Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
