Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and store counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety guidelines

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must be 18 years or older and have the ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service. Additionally, you should be able to operate a cash register efficiently, handle equipment safely, interpret company policies, and work both independently and within a team environment. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
