Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with your team members and management to uphold ALDI's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves, performing general cleaning duties, and organizing merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or feedback.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
