Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment to deliver exceptional customer service.

Role Overview

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
