Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position involves cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining inventory accuracy and minimizing cash losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
