Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise and maintain displays with attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional and courteous customer service.
- Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Follow company policies and procedures for inventory, security, and customer interactions.
- Assist in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and tools following safety guidelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with handling and selling alcoholic beverages according to local laws.
