Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
