Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow cash policies.
• Execute general cleaning tasks to uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer inquiries.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
