Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store tasks such as processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy through regular counts and monitoring.
• Adhere to company cash policies and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
