Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, including processing customer purchases and providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and conducting general cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, while ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise and operating equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
