Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers and other store equipment efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
