Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and comply with cash policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
