Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and uphold company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Ability to safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
