We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
