Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its appearance, provides exceptional customer service, and operates efficiently.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Cashiering and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Enhance customer experience by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
