Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, perform cashier duties, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
