Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts according to guidelines.
- Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
