Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience as a plus.
