Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate at our dynamic retail environment. Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies & Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members
• Offer feedback to management and assist in inventory procedures
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company guidelines
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store organization

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Compliance with company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
