Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
