Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, manage inventory counts, and uphold company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Perform duties with or without accommodations based on physical demands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail and high school diploma preferred.
