Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff. This is a full-time position with a focus on achieving positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Conduct patient assessments and report condition changes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
