We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring positive patient outcomes. This role involves patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and supervision of unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, record observations, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if applicable).
