Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an Office LPN, you will work under the guidance of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to deliver excellent patient care, maintain a high level of knowledge, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

• Ensure accessibility to patients and uphold high standards of care.
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• BLS training preferred.
