We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join Aldi, one of the fastest-growing grocery retailers in the country. As a Manager in Training, you will undergo comprehensive training to lead store operations efficiently and effectively. This role involves supervising daily store activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate store operations in line with company strategy and values.
• Hire and train store personnel.
• Maintain product quality and store merchandising standards.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and inventory effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
