We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi. This position involves training in all aspects of successfully managing a store in preparation for running your own location. You will play a crucial role in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team performance.
• Implement company strategy and values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure product quality.
• Manage store personnel, schedules, and staffing levels.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
