Job Description

We are currently seeking a Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center. Our drivers play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding the operational standards of ABF Freight.

Responsibilities

• Perform pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations.
• Load and unload trailers using industry-standard techniques and procedures.
• Adhere to prescribed duties and schedules based on terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of tractor/trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Demonstrated stable work record and strong work ethic.
• Clean driving records and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screen and medical requirements.
