Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of cargo, playing a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships. Our advanced technology and supportive environment ensure our drivers can perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform pickups and deliveries of cargo within consolidation/distribution center proximity.
• Use safe loading and unloading techniques, technology, and procedures.
• Adapt duties and schedules as needed based on terminal location requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training opportunities available for less experienced applicants.
• Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Stable work record and strong work ethic.
• Clean driving records and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
