Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operations of our National Services & divisional offices, ensuring smooth functioning across our network of stores and warehouses. Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with leadership, peers, and store personnel.
  • Create reports to support management decision-making.
  • Resolve operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to various levels of management.
  • Order office supplies, uniforms, and equipment as required.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Identify and report irregularities within designated areas.
  • Conduct training sessions and cross-train within the department.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
