We are hiring Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store operations, you will collaborate with your team to provide exceptional service and create a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Whether you're working as a Cashier processing purchases, a Stocker ensuring shelves are well-stocked, or a Store Associate handling both cashier and stocking duties, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Uphold security and confidentiality protocols
• Perform cashier duties such as processing purchases and providing excellent customer service
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create appealing merchandise displays
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the store

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Work well independently and in a team setting
• Time management skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
