Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Report inventory discrepancies and adhere to cash handling procedures

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness
• Follow merchandising guidelines for appealing displays
• Operate equipment safely and maintain inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform cleaning duties and adhere to company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
