Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work closely with families, healthcare providers, and other team members to deliver personalized care and build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized medical care to patients.
• Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
