We are hiring a Rental Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment, renting cars, and promoting our products and services to enhance customer travel experiences while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Rent cars and offer additional products and services to customers.
• Process rental contracts and identify customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize earnings through commission and incentive plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and processing.
• Previous experience in real estate or retail sales is a plus.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts.
