We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead and manage operations at our Arby's Restaurant. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant to ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and state laws while supervising and training employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
