Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time member of our allied health team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
