Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, assisting them with various challenges they may face, from adjustment issues to end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychosocial assessments and clinical social work services to patients and their families.
  • Address common problems such as adjustment difficulties, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, and discharge planning.
  • Offer counseling on issues related to medical diagnoses, treatments, death, and dying.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
  • Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification.
