Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing various challenges including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical issues, aging, powerlessness, discharge planning, and grief counseling. This is a full-time position on the day shift with a sign-on bonus potential of $15,000.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
